It is simple to set an expiry date on an agreement if the donor gets in touch. This can be practical, for example, if the donor contacts you just before the agreement is due to be charged (typically through Betalingsservice) and can be persuaded to let the next payment go through before the agreement is terminated.
Locate the donor’s agreement by searching with their email address, phone number, or the agreement ID (subscription ID) from the front page.
Once you have found the donor’s agreement (Subscription), make sure it is the correct one. Check the name and preferably the amount, frequency, or similar details.
You can then set an expiry date by clicking Set expiration:
Enter the desired expiry date and click Save expiration:
The agreement will then expire at the chosen time. Any pending payments will still be collected.
