OnlineFundraising was created with the goal of making it easy to manage donations. Therefore, we strive to make you as self-sufficient as possible, so you can choose when you benefit from our assistance. We are also very mindful that the funds you collect go directly towards the intended purpose.
On your bill
When we assist on an hourly rate, we distinguish between general support, fundraising support, and backend development.
General support typically covers questions and minor adjustments – such as tweaks to forms, help with adding more payment methods, or questions about workflows in Communication and Onboarding.
Fundraising support deals with the heavier tasks – such as data migrations, anything that requires Jira, development of small utilities, or other tasks that involve coding. It can also be consultancy, where you use us as an additional colleague for advice on the best fundraising methods, new strategies, marketing automation, or similar.
Backend development is where our most technically skilled developers come into play. The hourly rate is higher here – simply because we prefer to use their time to develop the platform for the benefit of everyone. Tasks in this category are always clearly described and approved before we begin.

OnlineFundraising is happy to assist with development tasks that can complement the regular functionality. Time spent on development, customisation, and handling unique code is billed as development.

When we tell you about our products, it's on our bill. When we begin setting up your solution, it switches to support time.
Support on our bill
- Technical issues: If a technical issue arises with the core functionality of OnlineFundraising, we will resolve it free of charge.
- Data issues: If the data does not meet our standards, we will offer partial or full discount on the time spent.
