If you are having trouble logging in to your OnlineFundraising account, it may be due to several reasons. Follow these steps to resolve the issue.
1. Has your organisation moved to the new login solution?
In summer 2025, we are gradually moving all organisations to a new login solution. Have you received an email about this but cannot log in to the new system?
This may be because your old password is not strong enough. In that case, we cannot automatically migrate your user account, and you will need to be set up again. Contact support, and we will help you right away.
2. Is the link correct?
First, check that the link you are using to log in is correct. It should be:
https://access.onlinefundraising.dk
3. Are you logging in from abroad?
If you are trying to log in from outside Denmark, you may encounter the following error message:
"Login not allowed from [Country you are in]".
For security reasons, access is restricted so that logins are only allowed from Denmark. If you need to log in from another country, please contact our support team so we can open access for the relevant country.
4. Other possible causes and solutions
Incorrect username or password: Make sure you enter your username and password correctly. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
Reset password: If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset function on the login page.
Browser issues: Try logging in from a different browser, or clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
Internet connection: Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable.
