At OnlineFundraising, we do not charge any transaction costs for payments or payment agreements. Instead, you pay a monthly subscription based on your annual transactions. You can read more about our prices here.
Although we do not charge transaction costs, the individual payment methods have their own fees, which you pay directly to the providers.

Card payments
To receive digital card payments, you need both a gateway and an acquiring agreement. If you want to accept both Dankort and international cards (Visa and Mastercard), this requires separate acquiring agreements.
OnlineFundraising supports ePay, Quickpay, and Nets Easy as gateways. If you use ePay or Quickpay, you will also need an acquiring agreement.

SMS payments
All premium-rate SMS payments, including donations, are subject to a percentage-based transaction fee charged by the telecom companies. The price depends on whether it is a donation to a charitable purpose or a purchase (e.g. a membership with a benefit in return).
If you use OnlineFundraising’s SMS service, smsCPH, there are no transaction costs for SMS donations apart from the unavoidable charges from 4T.
