What is an acquiring agreement?
An acquiring agreement is an agreement with an acquirer, who assesses your credibility (among other things based on anti-money laundering regulations). The acquirer also pays out your funds.
Before you apply
Before you can be approved to receive payments by card and MobilePay Online, you need to have the following in place:

Bank account
- Set up a separate bank account for collections.

Approval from the Collections Board
- You must have a collection permit from the Collections Board (indsamlingsnævnet), before Nets can approve your application for an acquiring agreement.

Consider the following:
Card types: Should you be able to accept international cards (Visa and Mastercard) and/or Dankort?
Subscription charges: Do you want to set up payment agreements with recurring card charges?
MobilePay Online: Will you accept one-off payments with MobilePay?

How to apply
Once the initial preparations are in place, you can apply for an acquiring agreement.
1. Activate account
We will start the application with Nets, so you only need to complete the parts that relate to your organisation.
When we have pre-filled the application, we will send you an activation link by email. Use the link to log in for the first time. Please note that the link can only be used once.

2. Create an administrator user for us
Once you have activated your account, you need to create an administrator user for us.
Go to Company -> Team -> Add user: Stephan Viftrup with email: support@onlinefundraising.dk
3. Complete the application
Finish and submit your application. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to write to us.
Await approval
Once you have submitted the application, Nets will process it. The processing time is 4–6 weeks.
