To archive an agreement, it must first be canceled. It will not be possible to archive the subscription if it is active or simply on hold.
1. Find the agreement you want to archive
When you want to archive a payment agreement, the first thing you need to do is to find and select the relevant subscription.
You can find a contact and their payments/agreements by searching for the contact's email/phone number.
2. Select Archive
When the relevant subscription is inactive, click on the archive button at the top of the box.
Please note that once you have archived a subscription, you cannot restart it again.
