Export campaigns from Onboarding

Through the Export button in the Onboarding app, you can extract data from a given campaign you have run.

Note: Different parties have access to different data. 

 

1. Locate the Export button

When logged in to Onboarding, you will find the Export button at the top of the page.

2. Select campaign

Next, select the campaign you wish to export results for and click Export. The file will then be available for download to your computer. The time it takes to generate depends on the file size.

What does the file contain?

The file contains the following columns:

  • leadGuid – Unique lead ID

  • externalLeadId – External ID chosen by you

  • createdTs – Timestamp for creation

  • merchantId – Unique ID for the organisation

  • agencyId – Your unique ID

  • agencyName – Your name

  • campaignGuid – Unique ID for the campaign

  • campaignName – Name of the campaign

  • sessionsCount – Number of sessions

  • chargedSinglePaymentCount – Number of single payment charges

  • chargedRecurringPaymentCount – Number of recurring payment charges

  • subscriptionCount – Number of active payment agreements

  • upgradeAndAddOnCount – Number of add-ons

  • chargedUpgradeAndAddOnPaymentCount – Number of charges after an agreement has either been upgraded or had an add-on added

Note:
When you create an export, it will also appear for the organisation, meaning you can download and view exactly the same file without having to send it to each other.
