Through the Export button in the Onboarding app, you can extract data from a given campaign you have run.
Note: Different parties have access to different data.
1. Locate the Export button
When logged in to Onboarding, you will find the Export button at the top of the page.
2. Select campaign
Next, select the campaign you wish to export results for and click Export. The file will then be available for download to your computer. The time it takes to generate depends on the file size.
What does the file contain?
The file contains the following columns:
leadGuid – Unique lead ID
externalLeadId – External ID chosen by you
createdTs – Timestamp for creation
merchantId – Unique ID for the organisation
agencyId – Your unique ID
agencyName – Your name
campaignGuid – Unique ID for the campaign
campaignName – Name of the campaign
sessionsCount – Number of sessions
chargedSinglePaymentCount – Number of single payment charges
chargedRecurringPaymentCount – Number of recurring payment charges
subscriptionCount – Number of active payment agreements
upgradeAndAddOnCount – Number of add-ons
chargedUpgradeAndAddOnPaymentCount – Number of charges after an agreement has either been upgraded or had an add-on added
Note:
When you create an export, it will also appear for the organisation, meaning you can download and view exactly the same file without having to send it to each other.
