If you want to receive donations into a new account or if you've changed banks, make sure to inform the acquires you use for the various payment methods you have in use. This information does not need to be entered into OnlineFundraising.
Get in touch with your acquirer(s) if you want to change the bank account for the payout of memberships/donations.
SmsCph
If you receive SMS payments in OnlineFundraising, you can provide the new bank account to OnlineFundraisings support. In this case, we are the initial recipients of the funds on your behalf.
Direct Debit (Betalingsservice Denmark)
If you receive payments through Betalingsservice Denmark, you need to get in touch with Mastercard and change the bank account on the creditor agreement you use with OnlineFundraising.
MobilePay
If you receive recurring payments through MobilePay Subscriptions, log in to MobilePay and edit your Subscriptions. Add the new bank account to which the money will be transferred in the future.
Card Payments and MobilePay Online
If you accept card payments and individual payments on MobilePay Online, you should contact your acquirer. There are several options:
