It is possible to resend confirmation for a Subscription. The reason for resending confirmation may vary:
- The donor/member made a request to resend confirmation
- Information of the donor/member changed and it is necessary to resend the confirmation with the new information.
To resend a confirmation, go to the relevant Subscription. The quickest way to do this is usually to lookup the Contact and select the relevant Subscription from there.
On the Subscription you have the option to Resend confirmation.
