This guide will walk you through the steps to change the amount of a payment agreement. This can be useful for adjusting donation amounts in a fixed agreement or if a membership fee changes for a member.
Step 1: Locate the Relevant Subscription
To change the amount of a payment agreement, you first need to find the relevant subscription.

Step 2: Select Change Amount
Once you’ve identified the relevant agreement, click on the Change amount option at the top of the screen.
Can't find the option?
Please note that you can only change the amount on a personal agreement. Therefore, you will only see this option on a subscription linked to a personal agreement, not on one using a shared agreement. Learn more about the differences here.
Step 4: Enter the New Amount
When you click Change amount, a pop-up window will appear, allowing you to modify the amount.
- Enter the new amount in the Total amount field that you wish to be charged from the next billing cycle.
- 2. Click the Save changes button to confirm your changes.
The amount will be updated immediately.
Notify about the Changes
